Back to my love or loathe list and today I was thinking about how much I love money – lots of it especially if it comes easy… so I was browsing the web and realised that not that all competitions online are limited to people in the US or in the UK, which I loathe by the way. Yeah I get what you mean.. Unfortunately online lotteries have always had problems with credibility due to the ‘lottery scams’ that appeared online a few years back – take this for example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lottery_scam. That said Malta has a huge online gaming industry, with lots of real people working behind the scenes
To operate in the country all companies must verify themselves via the Lottery and Gaming Authority http://www.lga.org.mt/lga/home.aspx. Im very careful when buyings stuff online irrespective of the industry.. I always look for ‘Https://’ and ‘https://secure.’ carts. Believe it or not the first time i experience credit card fraud was not online but actual from a shopping holiday in the UK.. you can never tell with these things.

Heya thanks for your feedback! Yep the site is going to be even better shortly. This week Playotto.com will be launching their new site. The new site will look a lot cleaner and will still have some neat features which I heard will be part of the second release of the site. From what I can see the site is going to have a much more usuable feel about it. As for the odds, ok I agree they are high but so is the value of winning. If you dont win the jackpot your ticket automatically enters the next draw so you get a ’second chance’ http://tinyurl.com/n4zgbd! BUT the odds of winning the second prize of €1M is much easier to win because your chances are 1 in 67.6 million!
